Please limit guests to one, NO children, or unsilenced mobile devices are allowed in the spa.
Please be respectful and understand that the artist must focus on your procedure, and there are health and safety issues for yourself and other clients we are also responsible for, regardless of how well-behaved your company, children, or animals may be.
Any service provider has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Please, understand that this also includes visible sickness. We encourage you to reschedule your appointment promptly, as per our policy.
cancellation policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel our services. In order to ensure a fair
and consistent cancellation process, we have established the following policy:
- If you cancel our services less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, we will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the service.
- A no show will result in 100% of the total cost and will not be allowed to rebook until that is paid.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Late Policy
Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, any service provider can reserve the right to cancel your appointment; you will need to reschedule.
lender Policy
If you have utilized our financing options, (Afterpay) you have entered into a loan contract with a third-party lender/financial institution. This is non-refundable.
Facility information
Our building is shared with Salon Bliss. To find us, look for the gray awning; we are the door on the left. You can also look for the sign that says 'BLOOM' on the left side of the building.

Permanent makeup policy
If you had your permanent makeup done by another artist and are interested in working with Kaylee, you must get approval by sending her a photos of the existing work or book an in person consultation. If you book your appointment without her approval, we have the right to refuse service on the day of your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you have been approved for a cover-up service, please understand that you will be booking a first-time appointment with Kaylee and will be charged an additional fee for correction work. Retouch pricing can vary.
Please Note- We provide the same quality and experienced service for every client, but the healed results can vary with every client due to things beyond our control, such as; your age, skin type, immune system, lifestyle, medications, skincare, and adherence to our before and aftercare instructions. Therefore, healed results vary from client to client; follow-up sessions are highly recommended so we can work with you and your body to get you the best results possible
Appointment Duration- Appointment times are scheduled in blocks. More or less time may be necessary than the blocked appointment due to things beyond our control, such as skin texture. Please schedule and plan your day accordingly, as we can not stop treatment while it is being conducted.
