Susie Eades, Owner and Licensed massage therapist, hails from West Plains and proudly serves in the Missouri Army National Guard. Following a transformative deployment in 2019, Susie's long-held dream of opening Bloom Day Spa became a reality, thanks to the unwavering support of her husband. Deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve her beloved community, Susie extends her heartfelt appreciation to all who have placed their trust in her small business. At Bloom Day Spa, Susie ensures that each massage session is tailored to your unique needs, offering a range of add-ons such as cupping, aromatherapy, and hot towels.

Hi, I'm Kaylee! At 22 years old, I am a licensed Permanent Makeup & Lash artist.  I've spent the last 4 years honing my skills & love as a Lash artist at Bloom Day Spa! Recently, I took a bold step to follow my dream and ventured into the world of Permanent Makeup! I love all things PMU, but my heart belongs to brows! 

When I'm not at Bloom, you can usually find me at home with my dogs, a thrift store with an iced coffee in hand, or spending time with my friends and family!

Hi guys! My name is Kayla Diibon and I am a licensed massage therapist. I graduated from Massage Works in 2019.  I am so happy to be able to help and serve the West Plains community. When I’m not at Bloom, you can find me with my daughter or my sweet cousins on an adventure together. I love the river, beach trips with my daughter, and any type of music! I specialize in therapeutic, Swedish, and prenatal massage, as well as aromatherapy and cupping. I would love to help you on your journey to wellness and healing! 

Hi there! My name is Lily. I’ve lived in West Plains for nearly 20 years. I moved to Springfield for a few years after college but came back to be near family. I’ve been a nurse for ten years, with a variety of experience including acute care, home health, OB/GYN clinic, and school nursing. I’ve always loved being a nurse, and the endless possibilities that come with having this career. I developed an interested in aesthetic nursing over the last several years but focused on raising my daughter and finishing my bachelor’s degree. When a course was offered nearby, I jumped on the opportunity to learn and grow in this industry! There are so many more things I look forward to learning, and I look forward to sharing my growth and knowledge with you all!

I am originally from Doniphan but have made my home in Thayer since 2010. My Husband and I have been together over 20 years and have 2 wonderful kids.

I specialize in therapeutic massage, cupping, aromatherapy and prenatal.
